Alvin Fan is the Chief Executive Officer of OP Investment Management Limited (OPIM),  responsible for the company’s overall strategy. He has over 15 years’ experience in finance and strategy - spanning across managerial, private equity, and fund of funds. Alvin was previously Director of Incubated Funds and Head of Investor Relations at OP Financial Investments Ltd, a Hong Kong listed Investment Company, where he was responsible for monitoring the company’s portfolio of public equity investments. Prior to joining OP, Alvin was previously working in private equity focused on distressed assets and property. Alvin received his Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Ivey School of Business (University of Western Ontario) in 2006.

Peter Bremberg

Peter Bremberg is the Chief Operating Officer for Boothbay Fund Management LLC.  Boothbay manages a global multi-strategy fund, which seeks to generate repeatable absolute returns with minimal volatility and correlation to traditional asset classes, through all market conditions. Boothbay has over $4 billion of allocations to 90+ external portfolio managers globally primarily via managed accounts.  Mr. Bremberg oversees operations, finance, and counterparties for Boothbay, and co-manages the firm’s cryptocurrency/digital asset investment activities. Boothbay has been investing in cryptocurrency arbitrage strategies since 2015. Prior to joining Boothbay, Mr. Bremberg was a Director in the Global Prime Solutions & Financing division of BNP Paribas. He spent six years with BNP Paribas, where he was responsible for financing, clearing, and trading relationships with hedge funds and managed account platforms in the US and Canada. Before BNP, he was a Manager of Treasury and Investor Relations for Northern Arc Capital (formerly IFMR Capital), an emerging market structured credit and specialty finance company in India.  He began his career at Bear, Stearns & Co. in the Equities Division.  Mr. Bremberg has an M.B.A. in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University, and a B.A. in Philosophy from Franciscan University of Steubenville.

Before taking up this role, he spearheaded key business developments with the asset management business as a Relationship Manager at Crypto Fund AG. Prior to joining the Crypto Finance Group, Alisher held various positions in Private Banking and Custody at Brown Brothers Harriman in the US and Luxembourg. He has also been involved with Crozdesk Ltd. in London, as an investor director. Alisher obtained a degree in Business Administration and Finance from Northeastern University in Boston.

Kayvon Pirestani

Kayvon Pirestani leads Coinbase’s institutional client business for the APAC region and also serves as COO for Coinbase Singapore, an applicant for the Payment Services License under the MAS. Kayvon helps institutional investors, corporates, and other large players invest and trade digital assets through Coinbase’s suite of institutional products including Coinbase Prime and Coinbase Custody.  Before joining Coinbase, Kayvon ran the Japan OTC equity derivatives sales desk for Morgan Stanley where he marketed structured volatility and synthetic equity products to global institutional investors. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Kayvon was at Deutsche Bank in Hong Kong where he put together some of Asia’s largest-ever equity options transactions.   Kayvon received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and his Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh. Kayvon has been investing in cryptocurrencies since 2013.
