Alvin Fan is a 20 year asset management veteran and CEO of OP Investment Management. Since helming OPIM’s regulated incubation business in 2014, he’s helped structure countless Asia-based funds and launched some of the region’s most exciting strategies across every major hedge fund asset class – from China market neutral quants to digital assets. As a result, OPIM recently won HFM’s best platform of the year with over $2 billion in AUM/AUA across more than 35 strategies in 2022 alone. Alvin was previously Director of Incubated Funds at OP Financial Investments Ltd, responsible for monitoring the company’s portfolio of public equity investments including fund of funds. Prior to joining OP, Alvin worked in private equity and venture capital focusing on distressed assets, infrastructure and property across Asia and EU. Alvin received his MBA from the Ivey School of Business, UWO in 2006.

Anthony Tse is a Fund Director with Solas Fiduciary Services. Having spent over 20 years across investment banking, private equity, hedge funds and family offices across four continents, Anthony has extensive experience across multiple asset classes as both a professional and private investor. Prior to Solas, Anthony was a portfolio manager at a family office and multi-manager platform. He co-founded Pangu Capital, a Hong Kong based hedge fund, which was nominated for Best New Asian Hedge Fund by AsiaHedge and Eurekahedge. During his career as a long short equity portfolio manager, Anthony has not lost money on a trailing twelve months basis. In addition to finance, Anthony had successfully built and exited a kindergarten group in Singapore via rollups. He is a trained executive leadership coach, where he coaches Portfolio Managers and C- suites in the finance industry, to be more effective leaders and to assist them in reaching their full potential in performance. He authored “Breaking the Glass Ceiling: An Insider Memoir” which talks about how he embraced both setbacks and growth opportunities on his journey from being a portfolio manager to a Fund Director.

Matt Zayco is a member of UBS’s Capital Consulting team based in Hong Kong, having joined the firm in June 2020. With five years of experience advising hedge funds, Matt brings an understanding of the alternative investment landscape and the evolving needs of fund managers across the APAC region. In his role, Matt works closely with a diverse range of hedge fund clients, supporting them on their needs in the running of the business. His coverage spans a broad spectrum of investment strategies and geographies.
