Before joining the crypto industry, Teong spent 17 years in macro trading and portfolio management in Goldman Sachs and J.P Morgan spanning across London, Tokyo and Hong Kong. He was head of a group managing portfolios of over USD 6 billion for the Chief Investment Office of J.P Morgan for 7 years. Anthony is an early Bitcoin and Ethereum investor and has dived into different disciplines of the cryptocurrency markets for the past 5 years, focusing on secondary markets trading, derivatives and funding markets. .Prior to joining AGAM, he cofounded Orichal Partners in 2017 where he was responsible for leading and directing the team to manage an array of digital assets proprietary portfolios, doing market research, testing market data findings and designing in-house portfolio management system. He also worked for 10 years of service in JPMorgan, covering foreign exchange products, RMB hedging solutions and investment products and heading the HK Bank Sales team to offer cross asset solutions to institutional clients. Anthony is a Responsible Officer (Type 1 and 4 regulated activities) and Representative (Type 9 regulated activities) licensed by SFC.

Markus has 17 years’ experience in Portfolio Management. Before joining IDEG, Markus was Head of Proprietary Macro Trading (including cryptocurrency trading) at KGI Asia. Prior, he founded and was the Chief Investment Officer at Jomon Investment Management. Previously, Markus was a Portfolio Manager at Millennium Capital Partners as well as at JP Morgan’s Investment Group. He started his career at Morgan Stanley. Markus has a degree from French Grande Ecole, ESCP in Paris and a Certificate in Sustainable Finance from the University of Cambridge.

Founder, Chief Executive Officer of Crypto1 Acquisition Corp, Michael (Xu) Zhao, has significant experience in cryptocurrency assets trading and investment, including starting a cryptocurrency exchange (International Digital Currency Markets), and has over 14 years of experience in financial assets trading, investment and risk management. Mr. Zhao is also the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the VGPay, a crypto payment business. And Since 2018, Mr. Zhao has served as co-chairman of the Hong Kong Blockchain Association.

Alvin Fan is the Chief Executive Officer of OP Investment Management Limited (OPIM), responsible for the company’s overall strategy. He has over 15 years experience in finance and strategy - spanning across managerial, private equity, and fund of funds. Alvin was previously Director of Incubated Funds and Head of Investor Relations at OP Financial Investments Ltd, a Hong Kong-listed Investment Company, where he was responsible for monitoring the company’s portfolio of public equity investments. Prior to joining OP, Alvin was previously working in private equity focused on distressed assets and property. Alvin received his Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Ivey School of Business (University of Western Ontario) in 2006.
